Oh YEA! I love pesto! Pesto is one of my favorite cold sauces! Grilled chicken with pesto and mushrooms and onion on a nice bread sounds like a win win to me.

sorry cooked and ate it last night, big artichokes, steamed in garlic and lemon, with lemon garlic butter dip , and BBQ rib eye steaks. skipped the bake potatoes as they where big arty chokes.

Had family visiting yesterday and we made up our chicken in cream cheese & swiss cheese sauce over german soup egg noodles. We also added broccoli and crumpled bacon to the concoction. Everyone took seconds.

Our visitors arrived bearing gifts. Along with tons of Jersey-grown veggies and 2 rolls of Taylor ham, they brought us 4 dozen Jersey bagels. Including a dozen Rainbow Bagels. You can pretty well guess that I partook of 'fourth-meal' last night.

Today, we put together some of the other goodies my in-laws brought us. I took a medium cabbage, red potatoes, French green beans, and 2 ham steaks and made up a crock pot full of Stoup (could be stew, ...could be soup). Added bacon crumbles, noodles, and onion to the traditional recipe and it turned out awesome.
