I figured we were due since it's been about a year. We made Stuffed Cabbage un-rolls. Instead of taking all day to make individual rolls, we just layered the whole shbang like a lasagna.

I haven't checked in to this thread in awhile, but here's last night's dinner.

Although I didn't cook it myself I just heat up a leftover porkchop for breakfast.
 
It's been a while since I made up a nice pot of Zuppa Toscana. So, I made a big pot of it today. All it needs is a bit of fresh grated parmesan and it's ready to enjoy.
