Nah man I'm not big on hot sauce may use a little Texas pete but I usually don't but now that you bring it up I will try. This is from dinner at my gf's house and they're big on hot sauce.

I usually only use hot sauce for fried chicken or fish but I like a little bit of it in my mac and cheese.Try it!

hello; Don't know if this is true but I was told to not get ground pepper. I was told to get the peppercorns in a container with a grinder and grind them as needed.

Some people make their mac wit a little spicy mustard.I have had it and it wasnt bad.

I do get the black pepper whole kernel and use a grinder. black pepper got a bit more of a bite.
