Fresh Calamari. My uncle went squidding some time ago, and he froze it, so I made deep-fried calamari with Old Bay and Everglades Seasoning! Also cut up some tomatoes and added Cherry Balsamic Vinegar and some Himalayan Salt. All tasted soooo good!

Today: fresh rockfish with homegrown Asparagus. Middle is a Boccaccio (Sebastes paucispinis) filet, and the 2 flanking it are Vermillion Rockfish (Sebastes miniatus). It is breaded in a mixture with Italian Breadcrumbs, Smoked Paprika, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, 7 Seas Spice, and Everglades spice mix. The fish is doused in egg driven from the dairy section of Trader Joe’s ?. It is sooooo good!

That fish looks good. Asparagus are one of my favourite vegetables too but they contain asparagusic acid and complex sulphur compounds. That is why a lot of people comment on how smelly their urine is after eating them. Enjoy, lol.
