Oh.I have been to a few Puerto Rican eateries here and I am pretty familiar with PR cuisine but I have seen the stuff.

Yeah man I'm dominican so are dishes aren't that much different here is a typical dish usually eat the plantain with fried salami but pork chops did the job that day

yummy!! I had left over beef pasta. I swear it's better second time around, I like making a sandwich out of it.
