Tonight, we cooked up a 6.5lb prime rib. Sides were mashed sweet potatoes and baby peas. Topped everything off with some of my wife's fresh home-made NY cheese cake.

We never considered taking pics of our dinner. The sweet potatoes and peas are gone. My wife cut up the cheese cake for individual servings (froze some). It's cold from the fridge but, here's what's left over of the prime rib. We bought an 18 pounder 5 months ago and cut it, roughly, into thirds.

looking dang good, little over done for my taste but right up the ally for the rest of my family.
