oven roasted baby back ribs, slow cooked so tender you can lick the meat off the bone. and home made venison jerky so fresh the deer was walking around only days ago.

We never considered taking pics of our dinner. The sweet potatoes and peas are gone. My wife cut up the cheese cake for individual servings (froze some). It's cold from the fridge but, here's what's left over of the prime rib. We bought an 18 pounder 5 months ago and cut it, roughly, into thirds.

looking dang good, little over done for my taste but right up the ally for the rest of my family.
Thanks for taking the time to take it!! I might need to go shopping this week end. still not to late to smoke something up this fall.
