I think it's jerk sauce but I think they put this chicken in a pressure cooker because it falls right off the bone. Try a Jamaican place they'll have it and it's on the spicy side.

Just some burgers sauce and gherkins lol, in a burger bun! My cooking skills are rudimentary at best haha!

thawed out the second smoked brisket, wife left in the crock over night, pulled it apart and making home made BBQ hot pockets with it.

Do you ever do eggs on a hot plate? I know it sounds similar to a frying pan, but its different; I just lightly wipe oil over the surface and it makes for awesome eggs and basically anything else. They are cheap to buy too!

No, never tried a hot plate. But I will say my scrambled eggs are the best I've had at home! (a lil too peppery, but I could fix that next time) Seems like everyone who's made them for me always overcooks them :/
