kidding aside they are still here. 5 graduated and have jobs, pay rent. no drugs, no drinking issues, I bought this postage stamp mansion 5 years ago Knowing going to need the space. 6 bedrooms. 3 full baths, 2 family rooms , 2 story 2900 SQ feet, takes 15 minutes to mow the yard.

got for 249, assess for 356 now. while the real estate bust screwed allot of folks , was a prime investing time in a house.

Good Job! But shouldn't take YOU any time to mow the lawn... include that in their rent. LOL
 
before then on 5 acres, got dead tired of keeping up 5 acres, and house was going to ****, still have the land and the black berries can have it, down the road just money in our pockets.

I guess the mod in moderator stands for modest. Guess they're not too upset. I'm still here. Glad you got a good laugh though before they modified it. So thats what it stands for... they are modifiers :D
