Sounds good mate, I forgot to do a sauce with mine; I haven't reached that level of batchelor achievement yet lol

Today we slow-cooked 2 racks of St Louis style ribs with home-made hand-rubbed spices. Then, sauced them up with home-made bourbon-bacon BBQ sauce and caramelized the ribs on the grill. On the side are home-made buttermilk cole slaw and roasted brussel sprouts with onion and crumpled bacon.

wife is making chicken and garlic won tons, with spicy ketchup, chines mustered and sesame seeds.
she has about 50 more to go before the deep frying begins.
