they are a bit of a pain to make, not as bad as ravolie but dang tasty!

I loved them boiled so much I never wanted to try them fried.I'll have to give them a go next time I'm out.

there 3 ways to cook them, in a broth, steamed or deep fried. wife likes the deep fried as they become finger food for dipping in your fav sauce.

I forgot to get dessert as well, utter disaster; fighting hard not to jump in the car to go get a tub of Ben and jerries :O
