I do everything with a spatula lol, including the spinach in the pot; I'm too lazy to wash anymore dishes
I recommend the hot plate to everyone, I just put a little oil on it then wipe it off to glaze, then set it to 125°, it cooks everything really well, no grease; and it keeps the moisture too
I had to learn to cook simply since I only moved out by myself last year lol
Epic, have you tried it? 2 mins each side on something hot like a frying pan, little oil; maybe a light marinade, and you're talking 30g protein in a single steak

Very simple, but gets the job done! Spinach for healthy dark greens, sweet potato is very nutritious, then the ostrich gives you low fat high protein!
