I thought it was a slab of calf's liver at first.I love liver smothered in onions and gravy over rice.....is the roo expensive?

Olive oil Rosemary and crushed garlic . marinade for an hour. Skillet sear 45 to a minute per side and done. Sheraz and some bread.
Dinner sorted in 5 minutes lol
