the green sauce is a Mexican hot sauce. can't think of the name right now but I had it yesterday at this little Mexican restaurant here

this is from a sushi joint, but it was my first time ever eating actual sushi.

yea,..........safe to say i'm not a sushi person but at least I can say I've tried it. I can't get over the mental hurdle. the texture and fishy taste is too much. the last pic are with cooked meat and they were the freaking bombView attachment 1153720 View attachment 1153721 View attachment 1153722
I'm a huge sushi fan but by the looks of it you ordered to much sushi. Sushi are the ones with the fish and rice, if you are not into the huge fishy taste don't order things with tuna, tuna raw is very fishy. Try butterfish, crab, salmon, and snapper rolls. If you don't like the fishy taste always order rolls, much less fish then in sushi. Personally I like the taste of it all and always grab a plate of sushimi as well

......and its done.
Time to chow!

Whats the marinade used for the baby backs?

Dry rub from a grilling book I have. I prefer the dry rub style over the "wet" sauce style.......although "Sweet Baby Ray's" original is one of my fav bbq sauce, should I go that route :)

I have never tried any of the rubs and I very seldom use any sauces on my ribs.I will give rubs a try some day.The finished product looks delectable by the way.
