using the spatula the mistake, not that i am good at but the wife is, it is a shake of the pan and little dead chicken embryo just flip right over for her. using the right pan makes a dif.
 
I love runny, goopy, snotty eggs!

Heck, I'll chase those down with some raw oysters just to complete the effects;)

Over cooked eggs are like well done steak:(.......why even bother

xraycer that's exactly what I was going to do, put an over easy egg on top. I have enough ground venison for 2 or 3 patties so I'll mix it up

We had dinner at my In-Laws' tonight, since it was my mother in-law's birthday. My wife made baked haddock with bread crumbs, served with mash potatoes, French string beans, and hot dinner rolls. The haddock was super fresh, probably came off the boat this afternoon straight from the Atlantic

No pictures, but I had a tuna sandwich and chips tonight. Gf is out of town, so that's what I made :/
