Nice I bet it was good. We usually do ground beef, chicken, or cheese but like you said you can freak em however you want.
Here's last few meals I had over last few days
Yeah,one coworker who makes and sells them at work goes all out with various fillings;pizza style,shrimp,ground beef,corned beef. She is who inspired me to try my own. Good looking dishes man,the first one looks like curry and the second looks like stewed chicken?
Yeah thats the way to go I heard salami and cheese is real good. I don't eat too much of that fried stuff but those are my favorite. 1st is from a lil african shop cassava leaf is the green stuff like a stew/soup with chicken plantains n rice. 2nd pic is jerk chicken with cabbage and rice n peas.
Okay,haven't tried any African food yet but I do love me some jerk chicken if it's not too hot or spicy.

Some shredded cabbage, fresh cilantro, and bits of fresh cut jalapenos would make that perfect for me
