i find it so silly the number of people who always say midas/red devil. this guy is asking who is the meanest killing machine and you come back with a fish that 90% of the people who keep these do so with tank mates

for the usual common fish, ill say flowerhorns have a bad attitude

but the species only tank type of fish , such as the yarelli, will always win.

Definitely not midas/red devil. If you're going with a cichlid I'd say umbee.

you are the first that actually read my question and came up with something that made sence. puffers are mean, but i have seen them with tankmates. the yarelli is the only one that i have never seen another tankmate besides another yarelli.
and red devil? midas?
pansies!! my florida gar would snap their f'n backs!! He is not even super aggressive type of fish. just an apex predator with an attitude.
