WOW that aro looks fantastic. I also really like how the anal fin is still pretty big, is that a result of what you feed it too? I've seen pictures of adult aros and many of their bodies are so much wider and their anal fin looks so small in comparison. Pellets are a little easier on the wallet but you won't get the color of the aro in my avatar with pellets. I feed silversides,beefheart, frozen fish and frozen krill to my aro but I make sure he gets more krill than anything just because of the color I can get with it.. after they get bigger you can start shoving pellets in frozen shrimp or prawns for the added nutritional value if he won't eat them directly.

Yeah that aro did die delgado but it had nothing to do with its diet. And just for your info I stated that it worked best for me. I think everyone here can see the difference in our aro' s color and make the decision themselves!! I think you can tell from the fins and growth that I got from this aro that his diet was just fine!!!
it really sucks when you loose your favorite fish but it does happen unfortunatly thanks for your sympathy.. By the way your aro is still awesome!!
