Thanks smitty! But luckily I've not had any problems with HITH, so I'm afraid I can't really recommend much apart from a good few water changes, check the filter and add salt!
I recommend giving it Hikari tubifex and bloodworms,since it has multivitamins in it.Also try some of this stuff that I have for the oscar and everyone else which is call Kordon fish protector.Like everyone else says in this forum,basic maintenance.

I just looked at your thread.. you have some very nice cichlids!
I normally change the water three times a week (every other day); 30% every Monday and 20% every Wednesday and Friday. I also do tests regularly so the water shouldn't be a problem. I guess this narrows it down to diet, but it is so picky it's hard to feed it healthier food.
