Who's got the biggest Flowerhorn??

I saw one about 12" today at my LFS and they wanted almost $300 for it!! Didn't even have nearly as much red!

C'mon, there have got to be some more beasts out there!!!!

this is my new male...hes pushing 12.5". the other FH i have had longer and is close to 11". they started doing strange things yesterday...both are courting each other as if they are getting ready to mate...and im pretty sure theyre both male, correct me if i am wrong though.

how can you tell its a female? i thought the colours were too bold for it to be a female...i know it doesnt have a lump on its head but its whole body is kinda compressed, and i figured its previous tank was kinda small. anybody else know what sex it is?
 
The black blotch on the dorsal may indicate female (not always in flowerhorns)
 
Meet Vic. Thats short for Victor, a semifamous vampire overlord from a semipopular movie. Lets just say after years of give and take ole' Vic lives alone I kept giving and he kept takin. Can anyone guess what kinda flowerhorn he is? Plus why buy um when you can make um?
