Oh I know that I've shoot a few before but the open said my rifle is inhumane but they die just as quickly and I can still miss with a .22 mag so whats really day difference in air rifles. Plus mine isn't loud. Its 3 I'm day morn an I'm still shooting no one has complained . In fact a my neighbors are happy I'm doing it.

Well I'm not really not hunting like your thinking. Its really a problem my landlord asked me to take care of. If you read the entire thread you would have seen that we already tried to rehome them even buried their dens so they cant return but they come back that same den. Last week alone 4 of my neighbors got spread and yesterday my mother in law. I have a hunting license and gun permit so I know the laws.

I looked this up just for you.to prove what I'm doing isn't illegal.

I have a friend who is having some skunk issues, what are the laws regarding hunting them? is there a closed season? Any method of restrictions? edited by Chefjlevy87; There is no closed season. If he wants to shoot them he must be 500 feet from a neighbor's building and have a hunting license. I would also suggest a gas mask....having learned this lesson personally and painfully, when you shoot a skunk they spray....and spray.....and spray. The other option is trapping if he has a trapping license. If he doesn't want to deal with them a Nuisance Wildlife Control Operator can be hired to remove them.
