Worm pic, very clear

I will call them, but theyre not available atm. In the meanwhile i gently tried to remove this by hand, and also with an unsharp stick. it doesnt come out. thats weird? maybe its not the worms? could it be just a scale injury?

what else is in the tank with it?

it is a 110 l bare quarantine tank: 4 ropes, 2 endlis, and 2 lapradeis, and they are in it for 6 days so far. a small inside filter, heather, ari stone.
i make 1/3 water change each day.

now one of the ropes swims with its belly up and tries to make a dive, but smth pulls her up to the surface

an update, and a lil offtopic, but someone might need it:
Yesterday I did a massage to my ropefish, 4-5 times, from her ass up to her mouth, to release her from gass if that was the problem.

today she is surprisingly much better! still having trouble swimming normally, waddeling a bit from side to side, but she can dive and lie on the bottom.

about my worms problem - it appears to me that, luckily, those are not the worms after all, maybe just some scales edge scath
