From 1-2 months my oscar is behaving weirdly, he eats like usual but he acts like he got swim bladder and also wiggle his tail like when fish does during breeding time and recently I have observed that it's stomach looks bloated and his anus looks like someone drilled a hole in their .

I mainly feed my oscar live fish (quarantined) or small frozen fish. I have a wasteland planted tank (valesneria and crpyts), it's been 2 years since I made this tank (4feet*2feet*2feet), I have implemented techniques as dr.fish said in his videos, So I don't do water changes often and also due to because my tank only homes 2 Oscars, 1 Florida gar(recently grew to a feet) and some loaches, and also has golden money plant growing above and I also used to have a peace lily, mechanical filtration is bit on the lower side as my sunsun external filter completely got...., now it has a small external filter and a top filter (for a year), sorry for the bad photo quality my parents are not at home nor my big brother.

Size of tank?
Size of Oscar?
How long are you quarantining those live fish?

Based on information given your water changes are extremely inadequate for an oscar.
You need to test the water.

Your Oscar is likely showing signs of toxic waste poisoning from lack of adequate water changes, high nitrate and overcrowding. You give no information about how you are quarantining these fish or for how long.

Likely your nitrates are sky high with that stocking.

Suggestions to save your fish long term

1. Increase water changes fin level every week.
2. Thin out those fish or get another large tank.
3. Stop with the live fish. Not necessary. Try pellets and earthworms.
4. Try adding salt with every water change until (hopefully) the bloating subsides and that prolapse shrinks.

If you don't improve the environment all the medicine in the world won't save your fish. Stress from overcrowding is also a killer, it can go fast or slow.

Good luck

Forgot to add if you are feeding goldfish stop immediately! There are threads here covering the topic on deficiencies cause by goldfish enzymes. They will siphon nutrients from your O. Search on this site on goldfish feeders.

well Sir, it's a grow out tank , once my gar reaches a bit more size I will shift him into a rooftop pond or a bigger tank, it's not a problem.
Well I had lot's of plants (valesneria) and pothos so , I thought all the things will be settled and I don't need to go for water changes as I also saw this YouTuber called Father Fish and I did stuff which he told(adding clean flowing river water , more plants etc) and usually only add water into tank

About Live Fishes, these day I don't feed them , only if for some reason...
I usually buy freshly caught river fish , deep freeze them for days and then feed them , I also feed hikari gold (Oscars only)
Or go and catch some fish from natural spring/seep and then don't feed them for some days , add salt , increase temperature etc and put in a 2 feet tank and feed as per my needs
I also feed them sun dried shrimp
THE BLOATING IS GONE, My cousin added a 2 baby oscar(from a different tank) into my tank without telling me and most probably my oscar munched them out .
But acting as having swim bladder disease is still going on

And I think stress can be a reason for the above, my oscar has been moved a lot from 2-3 different aquariums simultaneously and finally settled in this tank after almost on verge of death and I somehow saved him as there was only loaches and my Florida/spotted gar and same goes for my other oscar too and his previous owner also removed him from water for some minutes for eating his dojo loach before giving it to me .
If it's poisoning I think all fish should be affected, so maybe it could be mental damage but still
I will obviously follow your instructions
Thanks for the guidance

I would treat with Levamisole.

It is okay feeding live fish, but quarantine is not enough, you need to treat them too.
Live fish are like quarantined for months most of the time but these days I only feed
Hikari Gold, Sun-dried Shrimps and Deep freezed small sized Fish (for3-4 days or a week I deep freeze them)
He ate 2 baby oscar that's why it's bloated like that, now he is fine tho his anus hole looks white colored
Medicine is for his bloating or him/her behaving like he got swim bladder disease and shaking is tail like when in breeding

Btw the medicine will be used like a salt bath or I need to quarantine him and add the med and do some water changes for few days
