XXXL Clown Loaches

Reports of 40/50 years are correct, but doesn't mean they "will always" live that long.

Ie we might hit the hay at 40yo or we might live to 100...depends on alot of things.
 
wow, some really large ones here, i want to get a few for my 55 gallon, i need something that eats snails lol.
 
My biggest now is about 6". I've had my biggest 4 about a year.
At Aquarium Adventure in Columbus, they have one that is probably around 11" in one of the displays. I can't wait until mine are that big

They love snails! You wont have snails for long with a couple CL's on the job

This is one of my new guys, he isn't the biggest in the tank, but he's camera friendly!:grinno:

May I humbly suggest some polka dot loaches? They max out at 5" and do just as good a job at snail control. Also, I keep CLs and polka dots, the polkas are less shy, more active during the day. They are wonderful little fish.

If you can't find polka dot, yoyo loaches will do just as well! i've found my polkas slight more outgoing, but they are all great!
