Waiting on 4 bulkheads that were backordered...that and my back is slightly out...Believe me, There are 13 fish in growout that are waaaaay long overdue...As soon as there is something to show, besides a new grinder and a batch of virgin "RIGID" hole saws to show, I'll be on it...mtuttle02;2967024; said:

Bulkheads should be here today, so I went ahead and started to drill the tank...
Not to take from any tank builders out there, but with all the nightmare-ish stories about the wrong size holes and the wrong placments, I wouldn't trust it to anybody, but myself...
Measure, mark, measure, mark and measure again...take a step back, smoke one...look at it again...if all is fine, take your time and get-r-done...

My only question is what does the drip plate in the sump look like? That's some awesome flow and was just curious what size/how many holes there were in that drip plate!

It is approx 22x22 and has 1" center 1/8th" holes...and with the DART full bore, it collects approx 3/4" of water depth...fenton06;2971540; said:
Here is the overflow I got from Mike over at www.Glass-Holes.com , it is the DART model it has 2 x 2" bulkheads and 2" plumbing to the drip plate...
And, as best as I can see it's square in the tank...
My double pole single throw or DPST switches are in as well, all the way from Hong Kong...thank you guys...
and Last but certianly not least after PhullTank57 and I chowed some New Yorks and Rice down we got the tank off the livingroom coffee table...
It sure is nice to have a fellow MonsterFishKeeper to help with this kinda stuff...not just for the raw horsepower, but for the finesse in moving large tanks in tight places... Thanks again mah' Brother...we done good!!!
so it's in the end of the garage and is being plumbed and looked over for anything that might not be just perfect...
I've still got to put together the main cord and wire in all the electronics...
she should be in leak testing by tomorrow night or Fri AM...
And, as best as I can see it's square in the tank...
