It's paid for and sitting in the garage waiting to be assembled...talk about overkill on the steel size...
first off 1" would probably be plenty for a ton of water, seeeins how they had a 4000lb solid hydraulic ram they were welding to reface, setting on 1" square structural sawhorses...:WHOA:

2" is 4x as big:naughty:
gonna look beefy
I accidentally just peed From a fellow brazer, welder , solder guy I bow down to this almighty stand. :headbang2:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2:headbang2

HUH?!?

When you work in the fishing industry and you work on steel boats, you BETTER be a welder...

I am going to use this one as my DEMO and all the NorCal boyz who want one, can have one...

I'll showcase my work on this one, so the miters have to be dead on...

I also got me a 4' level today too....

I should have just went ahead and got a Lazer Level but I'm too...too...too something....
Get a laser I love mine

Thanks Bro...
I wish I had access to a metal shop, this DYI would be able to go faster...;)

I got 4 of the 6 legs on square, flipped it over and not a wiggle one...;)

Now looking at it I could have gotten away with the 4 legs using this 2" square structural steel...

I'm going to put a leveling bolt on each leg so there won't be any floor I cant get dead on levelness...
Hey I got a Metal Shop in Seaside you can use
DSC03017.jpg

Its done and the roof is one just passed final inspection. We went big got a 23 foot ceiling at crest inside. Plenty of air compressor hookups and 40 amp dedicated circuits power door alllll the goodies went in to this thing. Too bad the second I finished building it I got sent up here to Sacramento to head a year + job :(

You are still welcome to use it though just give me a call.

Work of art a true beauty ben. Can't wait to see that fresh and clean setup running.

BUMP for the progress come on BEN! If you do a video make sure to add the song from Outkast "So fresh and so clean clean"
