ZENNZZO's duce duce five...

congrats. I'm pretty satisfied w/ the 300 wide I got from him except all the lids were broken upon arrival (just sat them on top of the tank with no padding) and the seam between the tank and the overflow leaked. He's replacing the lids and for the price I pai, it was worth it.

its that $$$$$? got a guy here that does my blocks and heads for $75. not bad i thought.
Not bad, but who does all the prep for 75 bux? all the mating surfaces, bolt holes etc?
Mine would be easy, simple cover everything but the overall size is what they said is costly...250.00 for powder coating the stand in black is where I stopped looking...

get them done before final machining. he's got templates for most of the surfaces and i clean the rest up when doing the finish prep. finish honing and thread chasing is always last. find someone who does chassis's.

TC,
I would give my eye teeth to be able to lay it down continuous...I got an 18% duty cycle welder with flux core...If I was on a continous 220 MIG with Argon/CO2 WOOOOHOOOO!!!

When you get back we'll build something Rocking...;)

for now, some progress...

Enjoy MetALHeAdS!

By time I shape the frame it'll be way smooth and 2x2 gutz
