Hey Red I've got an ornate and endli I'm thinking about adding. Going to head to the lfs and see if I can find something for dithers.

Also in general the curu is way more active now. He has been rushing me when I get close to the tank to feed, or if I walk nearby.

You can add the bichirs but they'll most likely be ignored, and for dithers think something cheap, tough, and fast

Agreed that birchirs will probably be ignored most of the time; what I meant was they could be used to crowd out the space - making the Curupira less territorial.

For distracting and spreading the aggression, the usual tinfoil / hooks / silver dollars works very well.

You might also consider having a non too aggressive alpha inside to control things abit. My aro serves that purpose but it's no guarantee.

The alpha fish is probably the best option, could even try a larger cichlid, like a jag, not to aggressive to where it makes them skittish etc, but puts them in their place, so it'll deepened in the specific specimen whatever alpha fish you go for. DB used a clown knife, people use aros

I have the curu in a 75, so an Arowana is out of question. My flowerhorn is too big (13 inches) and mean. Would a jag be viable in a 75? I haven't had a cichlid outside of my flowerhorn in years, any other recommendations?

My Oscar is pretty even tempered and doesn't take nuisance from others. Only thing is he sticks to a part of the tank and doesn't roam around like my aro does.

I wouldn't keep a jag, or the wolves in a 75 for life, they'll appreciate more width eventually

Last one to the right looks like a lac. 2nd wolf over from that one does too kind of, that's a nice group.
