Got a JUMBO pothos plant and after much soaking and rubbing in running water, finally got the roots clean and separated. I planted several bumches throughout my tank last night and I come home tonight and find all the leaves kinda saggy. No stems or leaves in the water just roots. Some are in areas of little flow and others are in the line of the spray bars of my eheims. I have crushed coral in my system and add aquarium salt. Temp is about 78F. Nitrates close to 0. Ammo 0 ph 7.4ish. I cut the roots about 2inches also I am running a air pump.
Lost most of my last pothos as the leaves were submerged and didn't grow out of the water fast enough. I REALLY don't wanna lose this one. Is the plant just stressed or is something in my water (salt coral ph) affecting them negatively? As u can see in second pic, the leaves have all layed down and gotten floppy. Thanks
