yeah I can put the pothos up top but I think I'll hold off and build that enclosure around my stand....whenever i get around to it. The friggin cat gets on top of my tank all the time so its not safe up there either. Top of the lid sits at over 6' too

Wow man your cat is crazy! I would be extremely upset with my cat if she pulled a stunt like that! Id throw her in the tank with my rbp! Lol jk

Random note, I tossed a tiny twigglet of pothos into my betta tank-within-a-tank a whiiile ago, just to see how it would grow in a no filter setting.

They do. Just sayin'.

Keep a spray bottle of water handy, and just spray her when she gets near the tank, whenever my cat begs for food or jumps on the counters she gets blasted.

Yea they grow almost anywhere! Love em! You should try a couple Indian almond leaves in your tank, heard there are many benefits to them when keeping betta!

I do keep a spray bottle, she hears me coming....like i said, the devil. Anyhow, its just more motivation for me to finish my stand and build some lighting in it. Knowing it wont happen right away
