My favorite cats

Wanted to share pics of my favorite cats - my apurensis and my bufonius. Apurensis is a male and about 12", the bufonius is about 5".

Anyone know how large male apurensis are supposed to grow? I am hoping for at least 16".

They look good, I'd like to keep one some day. Though the difference from a fowleri elude me other than them being different species. I've tried research but found unclear and conflicting info.

I would love to get a fowleri, but they seem much less common.

The apurensis is a very cool cat in its own right though.

Bufonius is one of my absolute favirote cats. Is yours highly nocturnal? Its the main thing that stops me from getting one

He is very nocturnal, but I just moved him to a dark tank with no light, a black background and black gravel on Friday. He is already moving around during the day.

I agree though, they are very cool.
