that's got the perfect color to it......that's how I like my steaks, rare to medium rare. Did you pan-sear it or grill or what?
Pan seared in butter. Spices are pepper Montreal steak and garlic powder and some lemon juice. If you sear it in butter there's a slight garlic butter taste when done

yea, that's how I do my steaks, in the frying pan...."Pittsburgh rare". I love A-1 but it doesn't even need it when you do it in the pan w/ butterand seasonings, some fresh garlic, etc

When people talk about doing steaks on the Broiler rack , to me that's like SACRELIGE LOL I want ALL them juices

It's ema datshi. Consists of garlic, rice, jalapeño, onion, tomatoes, and cheese (goat)
interesting, how do i prep this? or do i just mix it all together with rice? or is it more
of a porridge out of rice?
