Well last week was a 2, 3 and 5 mile run. I over did it with 5 miles and hurt my knee lol. I'm still building my base and started running seriously again about a month ago. I will probably shoot for a 3 mile and the rest will be 1.5-2.5 with varying paces based on distance four times a week. The boxing workouts and lifting is all done at the boxing gym I go to. I go in on Saturday to do conditioning and lifting after. Sunday are sparring days and I do some core work afterwards. Other than that, I don't have a super set schedule. Just kind of go based on how I feel. If my knees hurt, I don't run. If I feel good, I run longer. I'm trying to train smart until I feel comfortable with my base and can push it further. How do you split that running up and how much of these workouts are done outside of a gym?
Interesting choices.........I like it!Well, for breakfast I had fish and grits and later on for dinner it's looking like black eyed peas over rice with smoked pork butts or turkey necks.
Cool, perhaps you could netsurf and find the squirrel soup recipe that they rave about on Duck Dynasty.Interesting choices.........I like it!
I have the day off today, so after everybody left, I went out and did some target shooting with my air rifles. Spotted a fat squirrel raiding my bird feeder, so I took it out. I'll be in search of a recipe for dinner for me tonight. I need to cook this thing up before the rest of the family gets home......they won't eat what I hunt........more for me!
personally I'd pan fry it in a load of olive oil. Squirrels tend to be tougher being that they hang, run and climb all day, but damn are they good pan fried lol.Interesting choices.........I like it!

yes, Frank's......indeed.... lolThought about siracha, but like the taste of franks red hot better.
I could have used steak, but traditional garbage plates are cheeseburgers. Not sure about the guacamole though.
lol it's all good, tell me more about these garbage plates - I have heard of them, but that's about itOops sorry didn't read the quote good enough.
What else do you put on your Nachos? I see you like jalepenos and red pepper.....no black olives? We like salsa melted together w/ the cheese, preferably black bean and corn, but pico de gallo is good too. IDK about srirachachachaccha (u gotta say it like Busta Rhymes) sauce but there's so many different hot sauces out there I think tatse ridiculous. I just finished a bottle of this stuff from Hanksauce called "Cilanktro". Insanely good - one of the best hot sauces I ever hadI had guac on the side, it was a thin cut ribeye.
I'm not big on olives, I can have a little bit of the black ones but not much. I like salsa with cheese, the woman likes queso I'm not a fan. Siracha is OK but I prefer it with Asian food. I love hot sauce I'll have to check that one out. Check out this meal I had the other day at a Mexican place. A pineapple loaded with carne asada and shrimp peppers and cheese.yes, Frank's......indeed.... lol
