It appears that kanamycin, an aminoglycoside, is in the same class of drugs as Streptomycin and neomycin ( which are included in the list). Kanamycin is not frequently used in livestock and humans because of its side-effects ( primarily danger to fetus in pregnancy and poses danger to hearing); but, there are some particular applications in humans in combination with other drugs ( works synergistically much ;like it does with nitrofurazone in cases of columnaris) that make it very effective for such ailments as endocarditis.
I also found nitrofurazone on the list after some searching. So, that will definitely be by prescription only.
