I don't think that it matters but I do not think the last venturis in that run of 7 will give much output unless that pump has a lot of puff...it looks to be about half horsepower to me but I may be wrong. You would need some taps to push the water further on.

Nice and neat plumbing though, that solvent weld stuff is so nice to use isn't it!

Its a 1 HP 9600 GPH pump with a 60' max head thats running the 7. Not sure how much flow will make it with the line of 7, should be ok I think. The pump is the Dolphin Aqua 230v 9600S.

Haven't actually glued any of this together yet, working on getting it all cut and in place first, then I will take it apart and glue it. But yeah its good stuff, I have used it many times.

Very nice, so when does it get water?
Probably on or around the 12th. Have to wait for this silicone to cure.

Made some more progress on the plumbing, would be getting farther faster if we didn't keep running out of PVC in the middle of the night when no hardware stores are open. We are plumbing the 600G acrylic tank into the pond so that the water parameters will all match for when moving rays between the two. We have an internal pump that is in the far back corner of the pond, it is going to pump water out of the pond and feed the 600G tank through a PVC spray bar. We have installed 2 2" bulkheads on one side of the 600G which will act as overflows and the water will return to the pond from there.

The loop for the bead filter has also been completed. We wanted to have our inline heater and UV on this loop, but needed to slow the flow down as its a 9600GPH pump and the heater and UV are rated for around 2500GPH. What we did was put a T in right after the aquabead's return. One side of the T goes straight back to the pond's return bulkheads, the other side goes to the heater and UV.

On the side going to the heater and UV we have a ball valve so we can adjust the flow, and will be getting a flow monitor to install next week so we can adjust the flow to be just where we want it. After the UV the line simply Ts back into the main return line to the pond. I am not 100% certain if this will work or not, or if there will be to much pressure on the return T and water wont flow. If it does not flow the back up plan is simple, reroute the heater and UV pipe directly to two of the return bulkheads rather than into the main return line.

All that remains now is to hookup the sponge filter and run our drain line for backwashing and water changes.
