10'x14' 2500 Gallon Plywood Stingray Pond

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Cant wait for the finished pics! Stacked 2x4s would also work in a smaller set up, hmmm even i can stack 2x4s. Inspiring!

Nice build. When you buy the lumber in a sling is there a significant price break?

Nice to see some monster tanks nearby. I am in the Tri-cities where you can't even buy a healthy guppy. My fish commute from Seattle or Spokane.

Now this is one of the plywood tanks on MFK that should last decades.

this is a great build.

don't know if i missed it but what will be the water depth?
would love to see what kind of filtration your going to use.

Stunning build, awesome process so far. Thanks for sharing the process so far.

Water depth is going to be about 30". Filtration will be getting done soon, going to have the biggest aquabead they make, supposedly can filter a 25,000 gallon pond, and a fishmate sponge filter rated for a 9000 gallon pond.

Today will be a busy day, we are installing the windows, bulkheads, and aeration. I will have pictures and an update late tonight.

All i can way is WOW !!! That is awesome, that's the ray setup i've always dreamed of.. Can't wait to see more pics..

Why feck about when you can put a massive bead on it;) Probably OTT but when filtration is concerned , go the biggest you can.

Get my point Mike?
