120G - African Biotope - Suggestions

Thanks for the heads up, I don’t think I will have any problems especially since I have 6 but I will keep an eye out for any aggression. At the moment they seem to not care about anything including each other.
I was wrong, there is aggression and I shall be moving them into their own breeder boxes today. No physical aggression as far as I can tell but bullying still.

good tip on the wood, this tanks probably not big enough for their final resting spot.

what do you think will happen with the wood?
Don't know about keeping bichir, but I wonder if you could do a submerged driftwood scape, like with the wood dipping into the tank from the top but keeping the bottom clear.

ya, i need to research more on folks that kept more than a single specimen..

mine are growing super quickly!

How long ya had them?

In the wake of tank consolidation it’s left some space...

So,

120G - 5’x18”x24” - FX6, EMP 350 (2)

It’s got 3 fish in there -

5” Ornate
5” Endlicheri
5” L - 114

Thinking of things to Add -

Congo Tetras - how many?
Leaf Fish - how many?
One More Bichir/Poly -
African knife - not my fav -
Some kind of cat?
African butterfly - how many?

If tank were 24” wide I’d love an african arow too ?
i’d love 1-3 Congo puffers but don’t want to commit to clams n things...

Trying to keep everyone on pellets!

Oh, and preferred vendor?

Thanks all for input!

Beautiful tank. I love the new polys too! How did you get your hardscape with the driftwood to stay like that? Is it glued together?
