125 Gallon Setup--New Paint with Teh PICTURES

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Just a quick update:

Added a BIG clown loach I found at a LFS... that brings the total to 5. This new one is the biggest one, and is now the "alpha loach."

Also, the red tail black shark that was in my 20 gallon, Oswald, has been relocated to my 125. He was having a bit too much fun chasing tiger barbs all day. :grinno:

He was rather enjoying it, but I don't think the barbs felt the same way.:naughty:

Good recommendation guys, but I think I am pretty fully stocked for now... just gonna get a few more large clowns as I find them and grow out my eel and bgk, settle my aggression issues with the elephant noses.

As soon as JK47 decides his new 300 gallon isn't big enough, I'm gonna jump on that :grinno:, then maybe get some cats, or a ray. :headbang2

Giant Danios or Columbian Tetras... Columbians eat like no others and will fight for food. Just a thought!

I LOVE Columbian tetras... a friend has a school of them and they look amazing. Also love Denison's barbs.

+1 for Denison Barbs!

Just saw this thread. Nice set up.

I bet your friend has some rugged good looks too  Hyphessobrycon Colombianus are an awesome group of fish. The only tetra I keep these days. We should load up while they are still local. I think I will pick up another dozen or so too, let me know if you head down.

If you really want an oddball tank you should buy a random female Geophagus Argyrostictus (or so called anyway lol):popcorn::popcorn: Puntius Denisonii are beautiful but they aren't oddballs.

My favorite tetra as well, I am up to 21. They get better looking as they grow, too.
