Lol, I'm the same way, I don't own my own camera. Why would I need a camera? lol

I like the driftwood exactly as it's shown in the picture. I feel like if you stood it up, it would not look as good, and you would lose all that bottom area that seems to be loaded with hiding spaces for the Clown loaches. IMO of course.

The driftwood wouldn't fit in a 180 glass without cutting it. The pic makes it look smaller than it is, it's beastly...

Dude, totally right, that thing is SO beast. :D

I just measured, from the picture perspective it is 3 feet tall, about 2.5 feet wide, and a foot and a half deep.

The tank is 22 inches tall and 18 inches deep... :screwy:

Well look at it like this, now that I know it won't fit in my 300 gallon you don't have to worry about it getting stolen at night

Haha, I know a spot with more pieces like that, it's just kind of a major pain to get them... too bad your kids aren't a little older, we could enlist them for some manual labor! :grinno:

Ok, I didn't realize the dimensions. Now I'm leaning towards a band saw or a chain saw. I'd lean towards a band saw if you can find someone with one that will cut it for you (stair maker, woodworker, carpenter). A chain saw will work too, the cut just may need some sanding after.

Hey, I spend alot of time in Portland.
The best fish store I've EVER come across in person, would be
Wet Spot Tropical SomethingSomethingSomething.
NE 43rd & Hancock, right around the corner from the glasses store.

The only thing I don't like about them is they seemingly don't warrant anything too expensive for them to cover. But they have probably well over 100 amazingly cared-for tanks full of almost any fish you need.

It's like a zoo almost, its incredible, I highly suggest you pay them a visit.

& they have a $200 fire eel that is easily 2' long.
Get it! I forgot his name though D:

Yes, I got a lot of my fish from wet spot. Best selection of unusual fish in the area. I think they probably have more than 200 tanks, on top of their cichlid operation down the street where they have a ton more fish (so I hear).
They did have a large fire eel for $200 but he was sold a few weeks ago. He had a large chunk missing from his tail, I believe he was a trade in from someone who had a compatibility problem in their tank. They also have their store mascot fire eel which is even bigger, his name is Snuffers.

wow thats a great looking tank! Can't wait to see it setup!
