180 Gallon Stand and Canopy Build

Thanks for the compliments....i'm fixing to start a 220 build tomorrow and will start a new thread for it. Going to be totally different in build style.

I loved the look of this, and loosely based my tank stand on the diagonal beadboard look. I used panelling though. Thank you for your inspiration!

My 2 5ft 120s...

Looks great Floridagirl and glad I could help. We all learn together in this hobby and we all share our experiences and what we've learned and thats how we work together to enjoy it even more. Learning from those experiences and passing them onto others is something others and myself love to do on here and thanks for the compliments.....now I have to finish this 220 build i'm working on now :)

I can't wait to see it, as well. I also put a link to this posting on Cichlid-forum, giving you credit for inspiration on my build. I guess I really should come up with something original on my 190 build, I'm about to start...lol. Sooo...what is going in the 220...or is it a secret?

I haven't really decided on stock for this tank yet....still have to finish stocking my 180 lol. If you want to talk about the 220, I have another thread up with it and we can talk their, I didn't want to get them confused with talking about both in one thread if you know what i mean :) The link to the 220 is in my signature i'm working on now.
