If that hose should leak, it wouldn't drain to the bottom hole. Unless of course it leaks from the bulkhead or one of the elbow joints.

Please enlighten me then. I saw the way you have the tank plumbed. It looks to me as if one of the valves on the FX5 breaks, you have to drain the tank down past the lowest bulkhead to pull the valve out. I was just pointing out that having shutoff valves inline above that would keep that from being a problem.
