I am using polyurea, its the stuff they use to line water trucks with. Not only is it a good idea, its like spraying the tank with silicone so there will be no leaks :headbang2

I will post more pictures later because i took around 30 or more :nilly:

I still have to do the plumbing for the sump and thats a whole new venture :screwy:

when we take it into the shop for spraying I will bring the camera :)

looks easy, yes

was easy? not at all. tons of lining up, months of planing, lots of complactions with warping, and lots more. I just posted a few pictures to make it look easy ;)
 
polyurea huh? whats the cost like on that stuff? I'm always lookin for new ways to coat plywood tanks. If its cheaper then thats the way to go...
