The ABS sheet comes in 4X8 feet. I bought them for $27 each and they're 1/16" thick. I originally thought of acrylic but when I saw this being tougher and only half the price of acrylic I went for it. I get the goop from work. I buy them at the price the company gets them, $47 a box of 12 tubes, but they're the same thing as the household, plumbers, or marine GOOP that you can get at wallmart. I actually used household goop on my first tank(settling tank), it's the cheapest but probably marine is teh best. Here's a pic of the goop that I used.

I think even the "amazing goop" products are from the same makers if not teh same contents and it also says poisonous to animals or not to be used if it will be contact with food, but I've used that in my 4+, and counting, year old tank ... so far I have no issues. I think it is the same as the aquarium silicone, also made by GE but the windows and doors silicone can not say safe for aquarium use because it will kill the aquarium silicone brand, although they are safe and has the same contents. I admit though that when I saw that warning 4 or 5 years ago I didn't really payed attention to it.....Luckily it's not true...because it is safe for aquarium use
