Yeah they are on. I still don't have enough lighting in there though. I'll be adding a few flourescent bulbs latter. I buy them at the price the company gets them, $47 a box of 12 tubes, but they're the same thing as the household, plumbers, or marine GOOP that you can get at wallmart. I actually used household goop on my first tank(settling tank), it's the cheapest but probably marine is teh best.Here's a pic of the goop that I used.
