leaving the srews imo would be better going on pressure you would need the screws 100 mil apart and as i remember would be very close to the edge of the pannel

sand the edges make sure ultra clean and all will be well

sorry alan, leaving the screws going on pressure, you mean its better to let the pressure 'hold' the panel in?

sorry mate

the srews at 100 centres so close to the edge would weaken the panel so best to leave

once the water is in the panel wont move mate just make sure no water can get behind the sealant

Glad to see your perserverance is paying off.
Every build like this a prototype, and they rarely go smoothly from what I've seen, but it'll be quite something when it's done - BIG viewing area!
