Got it all drained out and cleaned up the area, roughed it up with sandpaper and cleaned again. Read up online and found many people have used Loctite PL Polyurethane Roof and Flashing Sealant on these Rubbermaid tanks so picked up a tube from Lowes for $6 and sealed up all of the seams. Going to let it dry at least 24 hours before I try and fill it up with water but many people said it was fine to fill after 4-5 hours. From what I read although it says its not used for underwater applications, people have sealed cracks and such without issues for years and say its fish-safe so hoping I have the same luck. If down the line I start having problems again I will probably just get some Berite or Bentonite and sprinkle on the surface which in theory will seep out through the leak and seal it up. Before I drained it I had a ton of frogs coem hop in so once I get it filled back up I need to come up with some plants or a ledge so they aren't trapped in there.
