Another Plywood Build, for my bass

I love the fan idea. Great work.

My goal is to one day house a large mouth as, but considering i've caught 23 inch, 12 pound monsters... geeze... I know that southern strain bass can reach upwards of 20 plus pounds and have 25 inch lengths. Bass at that size are also as strong as any other freshwater fish I know of... I guess 200 gallons would do? as of now I only have access to Northern Strain Largemouth so a 2oo would be cool.

This weekend i'm going fishing, and hopefully bag a rockbass for a tank I set up. The rockbass is the poor man's largemouth you know... :)

Cool, let us know how the fishing goes.
All the bass here in Korea are all Northern strain, so they don't grow that big and luckily I caught a male fish that don't grow as big as those big girls.

Great build, I saw this in the beginning, and just came back to it now. I wish I'd been here in the interim though!!! I would have let you know that epoxy and polyester are typically not a good mix. Luckily enough you've stuck epoxy on top of polyester, which usually adheres OK, but not great. The good new is that even if it flakes, the polyester underneath is still fish safe.

I made some fiberglass caves and coated them with epoxy.... well my pleco ate most of the epoxy, and what he didn't eat wound up in my filter.
