Ive been watching this build for some time now and I must say I'm very excited to see it full! Came out awesome! I must say I was skeptical of the stand and tank being the same structure but it looks very nice and tidy I like it! Im pullin for ya.

For some reason I didn't realize how big the tank was until now, its MONSTER! Righteous build.

How are you measuring bowing? You just push that 2x4 up tight to the glass and see if it get pushed out?

Yep, I just pushed in the wood, but I left a gap between the wood and the glass. Then I measured the gap at several points and marked it onto the wood. This way I can measure accurately if the glass bows even a tiny amount during the fill.
