Actually, I think it's great that he could build this in an apartment. If he blocks a doorway or windows, that's his business. He knows where he needs to go in his house and (hopefully) how to get there.
As for when he relocates, again that's his business. I'm just enjoying seeing the project come together and can't wait to see it stocked.
BTW, I think an indoor pond in the dining room would be awesome.
