My plan- if the pairs dont bond well or become more work than fun is to keep the largest male as a wetpet in a 75- i think they would be fine. I asked Rapps and he 50g for life 75 better and the same for a pair. I will trust that man on anything fish!Would an adult be miserable, as a single specimen, in a 75?
Jeff described that situation in an email are you in Alaska? about getting this female back from a customer to breed them. My males are gold with the rose line and look more like you've described the 2 females look like the photos above or have since their tubes have been down.Hmm.. I don't remember my W0 gold bar female looking like this. If I remember correctly, she looked like a reverse bar. Meaning her bars were lighter than her body, which gave her a golden look to her bars. And I'm not sure if Jeff got any more in. If not then that was the female I bought from him and since he had only male from that location I decided to send her back to him to breed them. It might be the same fish and he bars darkened back up after she settled in??
