I'm buliding an indoor pond and will tile the inside of it...some folks are suggesting that I use silicone instead of a waterproof grout-what do you guys suggest I use? will GE012A work in this project? thanks!

so how long has your tanks been up with the dap we have a 55 gallon and we are wanting to reseal it with dap cant seem to find anything else too seal it with can you help

On post #67 I used Dow corning 732 with the 1200 primer. It comes in black but I think clear also. Insane tenacity when you use the primer. Post pics if you can.

I've used dap silicone for bathrooms and kitchens. It was for a diy canister. sealed ok. but was still too soft imo.

DAP is good, GE Silicone I is good, GE RTV 108 is the same as GE Silicone !, Momentive SCS 1200 is best, but sold by case.

ok so you guys might have already said this in this thread but what is the best to seal off pond liner? anything i have found so far wont stick to it... its the pvc rubber liner if that makes a difference. i would like to find it at a local store like lowes or home dpt

hello,,I have used the ge and the dap,,they both seem to work great ,but I think the dap is more clear
