hhah nice looks badass!:headbang2

Yeah it's a pretty aggressive fish, already killed my 8" BM Elong and ate half of it. The fish is a smart hunter, most of the time it will not attack it's food right away but will eye and stalk first. The manueli must have powerful jaws for sure judging by the bite marks and big chunks this fish leaves behind when it eats or attacks.

isn't there a piranha warehouse in uk?
http://piranhawarehouse.co.uk/

Yes there is but i see them as maybe a little pricey sometimes, i order from a shop called romseys world of water in hampshire, if they dont have the stock in they order it for you and give you a decent price too.

nice rhom you got there, love the purple on the gill plate.
it's almost impossible to tell where the fish came from unless you put it out of water yourself or you'll have to base on the collection point given by a very trust worthy vendor.
(except few very variants that have very distinct physical appearance.)
the commonly known xingu rhom has a very distinct black humeral spot so yours might very well not the xingu rhom most people know of or it's still small???

did the vendor tell you where it was collected?
